The Company is present in two segments, including Individual Home Loans, which includes home loan, home makeover loan, plot loans, super loan, fifty plus loan, non-resident Indian (NRI) housing loan, repco rural and repco advantage, and Loans Against Property (LAP), which includes prosperity loan (for loans against mortgage of immovable property) and new horizon loan (for purchase and/or construction of non-residential and commercial property).
