The NDA government came into power in 2014.It is very focused on improving the living standards of Indian citizens by clean India movement. The task, formally known as ‘Swacch Bharat Mission’, is the key to drive hygiene habits and make India clean. In line with this, the government set up an ambitious target of making 6 Crores toilets in Budget 2015. Following this, the Finance Minister allocated INR9,000 Crores in Budget 2016 on Swacch Bharat Mission. The mission, which is likely to boost up the making of toilets in especially the rural part of India, is likely to be beneficial for sanitary ware and tile companies.
